Examples of Issues that are addressed in Computer Workshops:
"The purpose of this letter is to express the relief that I have been experiencing while typing since taking Alison Cheroff's seminar on carpal tunnel syndrome and proper typing technique. Before taking the seminar, I experienced pain on the sides of my hands, in my fingers and in my wrists...Within ten minutes of working with me on an individual basis, Alison was able to determine which movements were damaging to my hands and wrists and suggested simpler, alternative movements. I immediately began to implement her suggestions and have experienced marked improvement as a result. My hands no longer feel strained or cramped when I type. At first, it required a conscious effort on my part....but after some weeks of practice, I am at the point where the new movements are practically second nature."
